2011 Rates

Be sure to check the Sea View Motel Specials for regularly updated discounts and stay-and-play specials. Don't forget to mention your AAA or CAA membership!

All rates in the Sea View, Garden Terrace and the Jacuzzi Suite are based on 1-2 persons. Each extra person is an additional $15 per night, 16 years and older. Children under 16 are alway FREE at the Sea View. Above rates are guaranteed, however, this is a broad rate range and the price on any given actual date may fall in either the higher or lower end. During any holiday or holiday time period, these rates do not apply. Expect an increase in price during holidays. 

All rates are subject to Maine State Lodging Tax (currently 7%). Tax not included in above rates. Minimum stay may be required. All rates subject to change without notice.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM
Check-out time is 11:00 AM

Deposit Policy: All reservations require a 1-night deposit plus tax. Efficiency unit and house require $300 deposit. Note: Due to software limitations, our online reservation system is only able to process reservations that are paid in full, it can not accept Room Hold Deposits.  If you wish to only make a deposit, please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it us your request or call us toll free at 1-866-646-7064.  Otherwise, please make your online reservation now and you will be paid in full upon your arrival.


Cancellation Policy: A $25.00 cancellation fee is imposed in July and August.

Maximum of four people per unit (except house and cottage). No charge for children under 16 staying in same room.

Please call for reservations between 8 AM and 9 PM EST. (March 7th through October 24th) or Request Your Reservation Online and we'll contact you for confirmation and deposit.
